I absolutely loved the huge, comfy king suite and appreciated how clean everything was during my stay. There were plenty of relaxing spots to unwind, like the cozy lounge area and the nice little pool. My only issue was the shower could use a deep clean, but it didn't take away from my overall enjoyment! 😊

For dads, it would be great if the parking had a higher clearance for larger family vehicles.

Just a fine choice for a swift stopover in Richmond with value for money. The large windows in my room provided nice views, making it feel bright and welcoming.

The room was clean and spacious, which was awesome. I was upgraded, so that was a nice surprise! Air conditioning worked great, keeping the room cool. The bed was comfortable, and I liked having a microwave and fridge. Plenty of breakfast options were available, including some tasty cinnamon rolls. My only issue was the thin walls. I could hear the neighbors a bit too well.

The entrance lacks a ramp, as you have to lift it upstairs before you can access the elevator. The room cleanliness left something to be desired-found bugs in the bathroom, dirt on wall panels, and even a dirty sock next to the nightstand, which isn't what you expect. Some may feel uneasy with the basement parking situation, particularly if traveling alone.
